Did you know that there are many different brands of skillets, all with remarkable qualities? I didn't until lunch today. The lovely cellophane wrapped object sititng on our conference table is a skillet (or saucepan, or whatever) that a coworker ordered. Said skillet resulted in a 30 minute discussion about cookwear. I love to cook but I would have never dreamed that there were so many kinds of pans and that they differ from each other.
