Wal-Mart can be a scary place for many reasons, but somehow the toy section doesn't evoke horror to most people. My Mom and I were at the store tonight looking for a gift for my best friend's daughter. As we browsed through the aisles, I heard a "Meow." On the bottom shelf was this cat who in addition to meowing, also blinks and moves. This toy cat made me jump a foot in the air. I don't know why someone would buy a toy that just makes noise for no reason but evidently there is a market for these things.
